Course Description:
The AI Fluency course is designed for business professionals who already have some experience using large language models and want to apply them more effectively in real work settings. This course is well suited for individuals who have used AI tools like ChatGPT for writing, summarizing, or idea generation and now want to move beyond ad hoc use toward more reliable, structured, and repeatable results.
Fluency is especially valuable for professionals who work with documents, reports, data, processes, or workflows and are interested in using AI to support analysis, decision-making, and operational tasks. Participants should be comfortable experimenting with AI and curious about how to use it more intentionally and responsibly in a business context.
This course is not intended for first-time AI users; participants are encouraged to complete AI Literacy or have equivalent experience before enrolling. To attend, learners will need to bring your own laptop as this is a hands-on experience.
