Course Description:
Designed for both new and experienced supervisors, High Performance Management (HPM) equips leaders with the practical skills needed to confidently lead people and improve performance. Participants develop stronger communication, coaching, time management, goal-setting, conflict resolution, and employee development skills while creating an individual professional development plan they can immediately apply in the workplace.
