Course Description:

Today’s leaders are being asked to create strong cultures, address difficult behavior, sustain performance, and protect their own capacity at the same time. The Leadership Shift brings those challenges together in one practical, interactive four-hour experience for business leaders. Participants will explore how to create a team environment where people are willing to speak up and contribute, how to recognize and address toxic workplace dynamics, and how to build healthier boundaries that support both performance and well-being.
