Course Description :
Learn the fundamentals of variable frequency drives by programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 40 and PowerFlex 525 drives while controlling AC motor operation.
Objectives
- Understand VFD operation and motor speed control
- Program PowerFlex 40 and PowerFlex 525 drives
- Configure two-wire and three-wire control
- Set speed, ramping, and braking parameters
- Diagnose and clear common VFD faults
